Media Case Competition Thursday October 25th, 2007 - Sunday October 28th, 2007 Sponsored by Hewlett-Packard
The Haas School of Business and Hewlett-Packard proudly
present the second annual >play Case Competition to be held in conjunction
with the >play Digital Media Conference. Ten teams from top U.S. MBA programs will take a deep dive
into the digital media industry to solve a business-of-technology case
competition. Analyzing a case focused on Hewlett-Packard, one
of the world’s largest technology companies, the participating
teams will develop creative business solutions to address strategy
questions in the HP Gaming Business. Students will
be competing for the chance to demonstrate their talent in digital media and
technology, as well as prize awards of: ·
1st place- $10,000 ·
2nd place-$ 5,000 ·
3rd place- $ 2,500 Teams who

of Chicago Graduate School of Business > Columbia
Business School > Haas School
of Business, University of California, Berkeley > The Johnson
School, Cornell University > Kellogg
School of Management, Northwestern University > Ross School
of Business, University of Michigan > Sloan School
of Management, M.I.T. > Wharton
Business School, University of Pennsylvania Each team will
have 24 hours to position its recommendations before presenting to a panel of
judges. This year’s event will take place from Thursday, October
25th to Sunday, October 28th on the University of California, Berkeley
campus. The winning teams will be announced during lunch at the
>play conference. Participating
schools are by invitation only. Registration for this year’s case
